Notice is hereby given that the Jefferson County, Missouri, County Council will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2021 Budget for Jefferson County, Missouri. Said public hearing will be held as part of the County Council’s regular Council Meeting on Monday, November 23, at 6:30 p.m. Due to Countywide State of Emergency, the issues surrounding COVID-19, and at-risk populations, the meeting will be conducted via ZOOM where Council Members will participate remotely via video conference and the public is invited to watch and listen to the meeting through this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86107375948
The meeting is anticipated to be recorded and posted on the County Website after the meeting. There will be no ZOOM Public Comments due to the logistics of this video conference meeting; however, Public Comments, including those related to the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget for Jefferson County, Missouri, can be e-mailed to Pat Schlette at PSchlette@Jeffcomo.org and they will be made part of the Written Record. All comments must be made prior to 3:00 p.m., on November 23, 2020.
The proposed Fiscal Year 2021 budget for Jefferson County, Missouri as well as the budget message prepared by the County Executive shall be available for inspection by the public in the Office of the County Executive of Jefferson County, 729 Maple Street, Hillsboro, Missouri, starting on Friday, November 6, 2020.
